Ahead of Cyberpunk 2077’s latest Night City Wire, production director Jedrzej Mroz is confirmed that he left the studio. In a post on LinkedIn, Mroz thanked the company for a splendid 15-year anniversary and said that it was time for something new.
According to his profile, Mroz became a junior QA specialist in 2007; in 2010 she became a lead producer of The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings on PC. He joined the company Cyberpunk in 2012, became a producer, executive producer in 2015, senior producer in 2017, led tech producer in 2018, and finally, producer in 2020. It’s a long time for one game, but it’s unique.
As for today’s Night City Wire, it’s scheduled for 8 o’clock tomorrow and is going to talk about what’s going on in the game. A new update with the content set to Cyberpunk: Edgerunners has been coming and adds new missions, weapons and upgrades. The first story expansion based on the beginning of 2023 may also have its own implications. Stay tuned in the meantime.
