Stray Fawn has announced The Wandering Village will be taking place on September 14 for PC, Mac and Linux. Inspired by the name of Hayao Miyazakis Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, the game’s unique design is set on the back of a gigantic creature named Onbu.
If it is like building the city or the resource management as well as survival is vital, players should get close contact with the giant creature so they can survive in a dangerous post-apocalyptic world. Aside from consuming scarce resources, a growing crop and a growing collection of rare resources, the players have to discover the environment and increase their settlement, they must keep the creatures healthy and to balance the needs of their inhabitants while they survive.
With the harsh weather, blood-sucking parasites, poisonous spores and limited resources, settling on the back of a living, breathing beast isn’t always easy. The player journey has a key to being able to adapt to unique opportunities and environmental threats, and to adapt your village to his unique needs with your journey through a multitude of dangerous biomes.
Building relationships between the residents and Onbu can sometimes be difficult because their interests seldom align. When it comes to living beings, its unique body set its own plan for the creation of your village. It’s possible that the thorn has grown where the villagers decided to place their kitchen, but the nutty harvest could cause desperation and forced the villagers to do whatever it took to put the beast blood for food.
