Overwatch 2 is going to release on Oct. 4 with new heroes, two changes, and more. Since we saw the announcement of the arrival of Sojourn in 2019 and Junker Queen earlier this year, we have now been craving more Overwatch content that could irritate our thirst until the global launch in October.

According to @OverwatchNaeri, a major fanatic of Overwatch, the next hero who is facing the battling grounds of Overwatch II will be curios fox support Kiriko.

Kiriko will be one of the first in the world to find a place on the first of the seasons.

If they buy the Season One Premium Battle Pass, players will instantly unlock Kiriko. To keep players from buying Battle Passes, Blizzard will introduce a new track system to unlock the old heroes.

Jon Spector explained the system by tweeting and providing: Addressing incomplete information shared earlier about our Overwatch 2 Battle Passwell, with all details updated before launching, but we want to confirm that new Overwatch 2 heroes will be available on the free route.

Since we did not have any information yet submitted about our Second Battle Pass, we’ll update the details with everyone before being published. Please confirm that no new heroes have been available on the Free Pass.

Unfortunately, Blizzard hasn’t officially revealed Kirikos abilities yet.

Kiriko will hopefully have an vulpine look and movement speed buffing abilities that help the heroes to close the gap. We were still hoping to see the reveal any day now. In fact, Naeri shared that Kiriko will probably release with a legendary skin, Hinotori Kiriko.

Last but not least, three new heroes will go under the hood by shaking the Overwatch II and giving a fresh look to the game. And so don’t let up with new toys.
