Boss and Saber Interactive teased recently that Evil Dead: The Game was able to get content from the Evil Dead reboot released in 2013, and this week, that content has officially come to the game in its latest update. The two new Survivors, Mia and David, jumped from Evil Dead to the game, as did the new Demon called the “Plaguebringer.” This update seems to feature the many bug fixes and balance changes incurred.

Both Mia and David are considered DLC characters. Therefore, if you want them (and Mia’s alternate red dress outfit), you must buy that bundle for 9.99 dollars if you don’t have the game’s season pass. The Plaguebringer isn’t included in that bundle, but it’s free for all players. On the last update, additional weapons as well as one multiplayer mission have been added for free, and all of this remains listed below, and the detailed detail in the long patch notes.

  • Players cannot drop items while being attacked by Mini-Ashes, Hand-Ashes, and while Finisher animations follow.
  • Demon upgrades are true to each unit, but they were not correctly applied.
  • Demon receives the correct damage to its Evil Energy while the car has a car.
  • After the possession, you don’t have to drop the weapon and open the map.

  • Survivors don’t have the right to revive their teammates anymore if they start doing that while running.
  • Fixed the cost of portals not being lowered during the Necronomicon-Steal phase.
  • Fix the object bug for Clara pond.
  • There are some stability fixes to get more stability.
  • Various fixes for navigation and environment places where players get stuck.
