Justin Roiland’s Squanch Games quietly settled a sexual harassment lawsuit in 2019

The lawsuit alleged that designer Sarah Doukakos was repeatedly harassed by a supervisor, technical director Jeff Dixon, and that Doukakos’ quite a few formal complaints have been ignored by administration. The lawsuit singles out then-CEO Tanya Watson, who co-founded the corporate with Roiland, as having concertedly ignored and downplayed Doukakos’ complaints. The lawsuit additional alleged that Doukakos was fired in retaliation for her complaints, and that her closing paycheck was withheld pending her signing a legal responsibility launch.
