Set on the planet of Sanctuary about 30 years after the occasions of Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls, Diablo 4 will see Lilith, the daughter of Mephisto, coming back from an extended exile after being summoned by her cultists amidst the ever-raging conflict between the forces of sunshine and darkness.
